You must be 18 or older to create an account. We ask for your date of birth and refuse the account if you are under 18. The account holder is the parent, guardian, or other adult.
Minors use the product only as athlete profiles under that adult account. The adult is responsible for every profile they add.
Perfect Form Athletes is a training aid. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for a qualified coach. Read the Safety Notice.
The video file stays on your device. The app extracts still frames and body joint angles in the browser and sends those to our servers, which send them to Anthropic for the written analysis. We do not store the frames or joint data on our servers. Face landmarks are removed before upload, and faces in the frames are blurred unless you turn that off.
Profiles are for athletes 13 and older. Profiles for athletes under 13 are blocked until an attorney approves a parent-consent process. Birth year is used to place the athlete in an age band. A Team plan roster stays on the coach's device. The coach has to accept the Coach Terms before the team roster and dashboard open. Sending an athlete to a different account is not available.
Paid plans renew monthly at the price shown, plus tax, until you cancel. Cancel in the app under Settings, then Subscription, then Cancel subscription. That opens the billing page. Charges are non-refundable except as the Refund Policy describes. You will be asked to agree to renewal before checkout.
Do not upload videos of people you are not allowed to film. Do not try to break the service, share your password, or use the coaching for a purpose that would harm an athlete.
You can delete the account in Settings. We keep the record of your legal acceptances and renewal consent as the Privacy Policy describes. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms.
