Individual ($9.99/mo), Family ($24.99/mo), and Team ($49.99/mo) renew each month until you cancel. Charges already made are non-refundable except where this policy or the law says otherwise.
Open the app, go to Settings, then Subscription, then Cancel subscription. You can also use Account, then Subscription, then Cancel. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
We refund a charge that was a duplicate, a charge after a cancellation we failed to process, or a charge we are required by law to return. Email info@perfectformathletes.com with the account email and the date of the charge. We will answer.
We do not refund because an analysis was disappointing, because an athlete did not improve, or because you forgot to cancel before the renewal date, except where the law requires it.
